On Monday, October 29, 2007, the consultants met with Council in a relatively informal workshop format to report out on the work that has been done to date, and to discuss issues relating to the physical / functional assessments of the subject buildings; the site analysis and preliminary conclusions to date; expectations with respect to LEED and energy targets for any new construction or major renovations; and various funding options that may be considered at least on a preliminary basis.
