Regular Council Meetings are held on the first and third Monday of each month.  The meetings commence at 7:00 p.m. and are located in the Council Chamber, Central Saanich Municipal Hall, 1903 Mount Newton Cross Road.  A Regular Council Meeting is a business meeting of Council and the public is welcome to attend.  

Correspondence to Mayor and Council

Correspondence addressed to Mayor and Council is included in the Council Meeting agenda package. Correspondence must be submitted to the Municipal Clerk's office by 12:00 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to the Council Meeting.  All written communication included in the agenda package must include the name and address of the letter writer, and supporting background information or additional commentary.

There are four ways to submit your correspondence to Mayor and Council:

    1. Drop it off at the Municipal Hall - 1903 Mount Newton Cross Road;
    2. Mail it to The District of Central Saanich, 1903 Mount Newton Cross Road, Saanichton, BC  V8M 2A9;
    3. Fax it to the Municipal Hall - (250) 652-0135; or,
    4. E-mail the Municipal Hall.
