Fires greater than 3 feet x 3 feet in diameter require a burning permit. All incinerators including outdoor manufactured fireplaces require a permit for each season.

Please burn your fires hot and do not burn wet or green materials or leaves to avoid producing noxious smoke that can be harmful and disturbing to your neighbours.
