Bylaw Enforcement, a division of Planning & Building Services, enforces Municipal Bylaws that regulate land use, building standards, and business licencing.  The Department's goal is to work with Central Saanich citizens to maintain a healthy and safe environment for the community.  To achieve the Municipality's vision of being an economically, socially, and environmentally healthy community, Bylaw Enforcement works closely with the Municipal Police and Fire Departments; the Building, Planning, and Engineering Departments; all other levels of government; and the public to develop plans, strategies, and initiatives that will address community, Council, and organizational needs.

Animal Control
