The District of Central Saanich requires that all complaints be in writing (either a letter or the Bylaw Complaint Form) , submitted to the Bylaw Enforcement Officer, and must contain the following:
The location of the alleged offence (street address);
Type of alleged offence; and,
Name, address and telephone number of the Complainant.
Information regarding the Complainant is kept confidential and is protected under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPOP). Unless a complaint become a matter for the courts, the information will remain confidential.
