The reservation of park facilities is encouraged to ensure the availability of facilities for park users on specific dates and times.  Reservation is not intended to discourage casual use of facilities when they are otherwise unoccupied. Requests are accepted for events occurring in the current calendar year only, beginning January 1. Allocation of park use will be made using a priority scale. Although every reasonable effort will be made to provide some use of park facilities to all applicants, there is no guarantee all requests can be accommodated. Fees for use of District park facilities are as set-out in Fee & Charges Bylaw No. 1565, adopted February 19, 2007.
