The Central Saanich Resource Atlas provides a comprehensive overview of the land base of the municipality, with a particular focus on the soils, groundwater resources and climate factors that influence agricultural production. 

Completed in 2000, the Atlas contains a great deal of information from a number of sources.  The Atlas may be of interest to residents and land owners, new and experienced farmers, students and teachers. 

Please Note: The chapters listed to the left are in PDF  format.  Some documents may be large and may take a couple of moments to load.  Some of the maps (vegetation, soils) are also visible as layers on the CRD Natural Areas Atlas.
