Zoning & Development

Every property has a zoning designation that regulates the permitted uses on the property and the density, lot coverage, setbacks and height relating to buildings and structures.  These zoning regulations are found in the Land Use Bylaw link to the right. Development on each site should conform with these requirements, along with off-street parking, landscaping and other criteria.  To determine the zoning designation of your property, check out our interactive map and turn on the layer called Land Use.
