If you wish to submit a question or comment to Council for the meeting, email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to 12:00 noon on the day of the meeting. Please note in your email that it is intended for the Public Question Period; any correspondence marked as such will be recorded under Public Question Period and read aloud in the meeting. Please keep your comments brief, as the allotted time remains limited. Your comments may have to be summarized to fit within the allotted time.
