Central Saanich Council will hold a virtual, live-streamed Public Hearing on Monday, June 29, 2020 at 6:30 pm
Due to COVID-19 and to ensure social distancing, the public is not able to attend public hearings or Council meetings in person at this time. The proposed bylaw and related information may be viewed at https://www.centralsaanich.ca/home-property-development/rezoning-applications.
Mail, or drop off written submissions at the hall drop box. All correspondence submitted will form part of the public record and may be published in a meeting agenda.
Register to speak at the hearing using video conferencing or phone by calling us at 250-652-4444 or by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be sent instructions on how to connect electronically to the hearing.
The deadline for Submissions and Speaker Registration is 4:30pm, the day of the public hearing.
All meetings are streamed live on https://centralsaanich.civicweb.net/Portal/
No representations will be received by Council after the Public Hearing has concluded.
