A Virtual Public Hearing will take place on Monday, July 27, 2020 at 6:45 p.m. for a Land Use Bylaw Amendment Bylaw No. 2053 (1577 Kersey Road).
The property owner is requesting to increase the permitted lot coverage on the subject property from 5% to 9% through a site specific amendment to the Rural Estate RE-2 zone. An increase in lot coverage is requested to allow for additional accessory structures to assist with agricultural activities.
Due to COVID-19 and to ensure social distancing, the public is not able to attend public hearings or Council meetings in person at this time.
