- Land Use Bylaw Amendment Bylaw No. 2103 and Development Permit with Variances 3060-20-18/21

The District has received an application to rezone this property (shown on the reverse) from R-1 Large Lot Single Family Residential to R-1XS Residential Infill for a proposed 3- lot subdivision. A Development Permit for Residential Infill has been received including requests for variances to side yard and rear yard setbacks.
