A public hearing will take place on Monday, June 13, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. at the Central Saanich Municipal Hall Council Chamber, 1903 Mount Newton Cross Road, Saanichton BC, with regards to the following Bylaw:
- Land Use Bylaw Amendment Bylaw No. 2104 and Heritage Designation Bylaw No. 2016 and Development Permit with Variances 3060-20-17/21

The District has received an application to redevelop the subject property as indicated on the map, through a zoning amendment to increase the permitted density, and a Development Permit with variances. The proposal is to renovate the existing building by adding residential apartments and to expand the existing commercial daycare space on the lower level. Variances are requested for parking and for building siting relating to the proposed residential use. As part of this application, the building will be considered for Heritage Designation.
