A public hearing will take place on Monday, July 10 at 6:30 p.m. at the Central Saanich Municipal Hall Council Chamber, 1903 Mount Newton Cross Road, Saanichton BC, on the following:
- RE-DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION – 7701 EAST SAANICH ROAD
Council will consider approval to rezone this property from RM-1 to RM-5 to permit a 4-storey rental building with 61 apartment units. A Development Permit with Variances has also been requested. - REZONING APPLICATION – 6895 WOODWARD DRIVE
Council will consider approval to rezone this property from R-1 to R-1XS for a 2-lot subdivision. A Variance for height has also been requested. - REZONING APPLICATION – 1035 STELLY’S CROSS ROAD
Council will consider approval to rezone this property from R-2 to R-1XS for a 2-lot subdivision. Variances for setbacks have also been requested.
All persons who consider they are affected by the proposed bylaw shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard. The entire content of all submissions will be made public and form part of the public record. All previously received submissions will be provided to Council.
