Rules and regulations regarding secure bike parking facility
This shared bike parking facility is available to Central Saanich staff and community members who register. Do not leave personal belongings in the facility. The District of Central Saanich is not responsible for loss and/or damage to bikes, bicycle equipment or personal belongings. Cyclists must use the secure bicycle facility at their own risk. Follow these recommendations to deter theft:
- Use a secure bicycle lock to lock your bicycle to the rack
- Remove any detachable items, including your bicycle seat and saddlebags and take them with you
- Personalize bicycle with stickers, decals, lights and other equipment
- Register your bike with Central Saanich Police Service

Agreement for use of Secure Bicycle Parking Facility and bicycle parking:
I agree to sole responsibility for the bicycle I choose to park in the Secure Bicycle Parking Facility. I will not share access codes or parking space. I will update the District of Central Saanich Facilities Management if the above information changes. The District of Central Saanich, is not responsible for any damage to or theft of bicycles or equipment left at a Secure Bicycle Parking Facility. I agree to all terms and conditions defined in the District of Central Saanich, which I explicitly acknowledge having read and understood.
