Volunteer spotlight!
Denis Donnelly is a friendly force of/for nature! His deep impact on our community and our amazing environment includes:
🌳 leading regular events to manage invasive species and restore beautiful Oak Haven Park
🤝 forming Friends of Oak Haven Park, a stewardship group going strong for 2 years
✍️ sending out helpful newsletters to community members
💸 donating concert proceeds from Wavelengths Community Choir to support Habitat Acquisition Trust
Last year, these events cleared 28 cubic meters of invasive species from Oak Haven Park (that's enough Daphne and broom to fill a semi-truck!).
Thank you, Denis, for everything you do!
