Council, by resolution, provides requests to the APC seeking advice on matters respecting land use, community planning, proposed bylaws and permits, community heritage matters, and agricultural matters. The APC considers applications in the context of the Official Community Plan, Land Use Bylaw and other relevant documents. All meetings of the Commission are open to the public. Members of the public will not, however, be provided an opportunity to address the Commission, nor does the APC consider correspondence from members of the public, including petitions. If a member of the public wishes to comment on matters considered by the Commission, such comments may be sent to Council for consideration. Meetings are held the third Wednesday of the month at 4:00 p.m. (as needed)
