The District of Central Saanich is pleased to announce Christine Culham has been hired as Chief Administrative Officer.
Ms. Culham has 20 years’ leadership experience in regional government and the non-profit sector. She comes to the municipality from the Capital Regional District where she leads the Capital Region Housing Corporation. Christine is driven to build relationships, work collaboratively and create positive change around her.
“I am proud of my record in local and regional government, and I’m thrilled to be joining the team at Central Saanich—my home community,” said Ms. Culham.
“It’s a privilege on behalf of Council and the District staff to welcome Ms. Culham as our new Chief Administrative Officer,” said Mayor Ryan Windsor. “Christine is a proven leader. She joins the District with a strong background in housing, having spent eight years leading the efforts at the Capital Regional District to expand affordable housing options in the region. She will make an excellent addition to our organization. I know the community will be excited to get to know Christine in her new role as CAO.”
Ms. Culham begins October 5, 2020.
