Homeowners, please expect your 2025 Property Tax Notices in your mailbox by next week. If you don't receive your notice by June 10, 2025, please email finance.department@csaanich.ca or call 250-544-4206.
Taxes are due July 2, 2025, after which time there is a 10% penalty on the amount owing.
Payment Options:
- Online banking (add the District as a bill payee)
- In Person
- At your bank (or via phone banking)
- At Central Saanich Municipal Hall at 1903 Mt Newton Cross Rd, Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Pay by debit, cash, or cheque)
- 24/7 drop box at Municipal Hall (cheque only, located at the front door)
- Pre-deducted payment on mortgage, paid by your mortgage company
- By mail. Property owners are encouraged to plan ahead and use alternate methods to avoid potential delays if there is a postal disruption.
Claim your Home Owner Grant
You can claim your Home Owner Grant any time! Find links to Provincial Home Owner Grant and Tax Deferment programs at CSaanich.ca/PropertyTax. You do not need your property tax notice to claim your grant.
