The District of Central 
Saanich intends to enter into a Contract of Purchase and Sale agreement for the District-owned, land locked road right-of-way between Veyaness Road and East Saanich Road in the 7200 block (see map) with Walking Stick Developments Inc. for the purchase price of $400,000.
