Date: Saturday, July 25, 2026
Artisans, and Community Vendors: 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Food Trucks: 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Beer Garden and Evening Entertainment 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Location: Centennial Park, Wallace Drive at Hovey Road in Central Saanich
Admission: Free, public is welcome with no admission fee
Vendor Space: Space is 10x10 feet unless otherwise approved by the District.
You must provide your own tent with weights and table.
If operating a Food Truck, you will be asked below what space you require.
Set up: Setup times are between 8:00a.m.-10:30 a.m. the day of event.
Tear down: Beginning no earlier than 5:00 p.m. You are responsible for packing out all your goods and waste. If your application is accepted, please indicate if you need to leave before 8:00 p.m. so spots are assigned accordingly.
Fee: Participation will require future proof (once confirmed) of a $100 donation to a Central Saanich charity in 2026, with all proceeds going directly to support local non-profit organizations. This helps us extend the impact of the event beyond the day itself.
Note: There is no participation fee for non-profit organizations.
Groups will receive a dedicated space at the event.
This collection of personal information is authorized under the Local Government Act, Community Charter and Freedom of Information and Protection Privacy Act.
