About Central Saanich
Central Saanich is a friendly and active community spanning the middle of the Saanich Peninsula. Home to the SȾÁUTW̱ (Tsawout) and W̱JOȽEȽP (Tsartlip) First Nations, there are more than 18,000 residents, including the two First Nations. From Island View Beach on the east to the Saanich Inlet on the west, the region includes fantastic parks, beaches and amenities. We have the highest concentration of agricultural production in the region, and are dedicated to celebrating and preserving our agricultural roots and the bounty of green spaces.

COVID-19 Vaccination Policy
The District of Central Saanich’s COVID-19 Vaccination Policy is currently suspended and as a result, vaccination against COVID-19 is not required at this time. However, should circumstances change and the District deem it necessary to re-introduce such policy, you may be required to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 to be eligible to continue performing your duties.
