The District of Central Saanich is seeking a painter to work on the building exterior of Newman Farmhouse. For scope of work, please see the Newman Farmhouse Exterior Painting RFP.
The Newman Farm is an important historic site—it is one of the oldest, most well-preserved farms on the Saanich peninsula. The Farmhouse is one of seven designated heritage buildings located on the Farm.
A Mandatory Site Information Meeting will be held on May 30, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the west end of the Newman Farm, 8073 Old Veyaness Road, Saanichton, BC (access off Newman Road). The Owner’s representative will be on site to review the project and receive any questions.
