OCP AMENDMENT AND REZONING APPLICATION – 1903 Mt Newton Cross Rd.
This is to notify that Council will be considering an OFFICIAL COMMUNITY PLAN (OCP) and ZONING BYLAW AMENDMENT for the property at 1903 Mt. Newton Cross Road. The OCP AMENDMENT would see the property redesignated to Commercial/Mixed Use to facilitate mixed use commercial/residential development. The ZONING BYLAW AMENDMENT would rezone the property to Core Commercial: C-1 with site specific regulations that would permit building heights up to 6 storeys, increase density and implement more generous setback requirements from residential zones.

This is to notify that Council will be considering an OFFICIAL COMMUNITY PLAN (OCP) and ZONING BYLAW AMENDMENT for the property at 1882 Hovey Road. The OCP AMENDMENT would see the property redesignated to Civic/Institutional to facilitate Municipal Hall, Fire, Police and Recreational facilities. The ZONING BYLAW AMENDMENT would rezone the property to Institutional and set a maximum height of 3 storeys.
HOW TO PROVIDE INPUT
Written enquiries and comments submitted by mail or email received by 12:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting, will be included in the revised meeting agenda. All correspondence submitted will form part of the
public record and may be published on a meeting agenda. Comments may be submitted by the following:- Email comments to planning@csaanich.ca
