Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2262 to Amends the RE-3 Zone - 559 SENANUS DRIVE
This notice is to advise you that Council will consider First Reading of an amendment to the Central Saanich Zoning Bylaw, No. 2180 in accordance with Section 467 of the Local Government Act.
Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2262 proposes to amend the Rural Estate (Water) (RE-3) Zone for 559 Senanus Drive by adding a site-specific text amendment increasing the maximum permitted lot coverage from 5% to 15%. The amendment is intended to facilitate the construction of a new single-family dwelling.
HOW TO PROVIDE INPUT
Written enquiries and comments submitted by mail or email received by 12:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting, will be included in the revised meeting agenda. All correspondence submitted will form part of the
