Join us for a Candidate Information Session for the 2026 General Local Election, jointly hosted by the Town of Sidney, the District of North Saanich, and the District of Central Saanich. This session is designed for prospective candidates and anyone interested in learning more about running for local office, offering valuable information on the nomination process, roles and responsibilities, and key election timelines.
The session will take place on July 30, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Greenglade Community Centre (2151 Lannon Way, Sidney, B.C.).
Whether you’re considering putting your name forward or simply want to learn more about local government, all are welcome to attend.
