Saanich Peninsula Alert test messages will roll out on Wednesday, October 14, starting at 10:10 a.m. This is a routine test for all registered users.
If you live or work in Central Saanich and you don't receive a test message today, please take 5 minutes to create (or update) your profile at SaanichPeninsulaAlert.ConnectRocket.com
You can add one or more:
- People (such as family members)
- Alert types (mobile, landline and/or email)
- Neighbourhoods (areas where you live, work and play)
Saanich Peninsula Alert is NOT the same as the automatic provincial alert system. It is a collaboration between the District of Central Saanich, District of North Saanich and Town of Sidney to share what to do during major local emergencies.
