In accordance with Section 40(3) of the Community Charter, the District of Central Saanich (the “District”) gives notice of its intention to close a portion of Sea Drive lying West of Brentwood Heights (the “Closed Road”) and remove its dedication as highway.
The bylaw to close the Closed Road and remove its dedication as highway will be considered for adoption by Council at their meeting to be held at the District Municipal Hall, 1903 Mount Newton Cross Road, Saanichton, British Columbia, on May 7, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. Persons who consider they are affected by the bylaw will be provided an opportunity to make representations to Council at the meeting, or by written submissions addressed to Mayor and Council and delivered to the Corporate Officer prior to the meeting. Submissions to Council will be included in the public information package for Council’s consideration.
