The District of Central Saanich's Draft 2025 Annual Report is now available for public inspection and will be presented to Council on Monday, June 29, 2026.
The draft report provides an overview of the District’s activities, achievements, and financial performance over the past year. In 2025, the District made significant progress on key priorities, including major infrastructure investments, community amenities, and partnerships that support a vibrant and inclusive community.
Highlights from this year’s report include:
- The largest infrastructure investment in the District’s history, guided by the Asset Management Plan
- Major projects such as the Brentwood Bay sewer replacement and Saanichton water main replacement
- New community amenities, including a multi-sport box and splash pad at Centennial Park
- Continued investment in active transportation and road safety improvements
- Strong partnerships with W̱SÁNEĆ Nations and community organizations
- Ongoing support for local events, environmental stewardship, and public safety initiatives
