Following the devastating mass casualty incident at the Lapu Lapu Day festival in Vancouver on April 26, 2025, flags will remain down until sunset on Sunday, May 4, 2025.
An online book of condolences is available for signing until end of day on Monday, May 5.
In addition, an in-person book of condolences is available for signing in the Hall of Honour at the Parliament Buildings in Victoria from now until 4:30 pm on Friday, May 2.
