Flags at municipal facilities will be flown at half-mast to honour His Holiness, Pope Francis, who passed away on April 21, 2025. His funeral will take place on April 26, 2025.
Flags will remain lowered on Monday, April 28, in recognition of the National Day of Mourning. This day honours those who have lost their lives, been injured or become ill due to workplace tragedy.
