We’re looking for community members to join the Saanich Peninsula Accessibility Advisory Committee (SPAAC). This is a tri-municipal committee between the District of North
Saanich, District of Central Saanich and Town of Sidney.
This group helps make our region more inclusive and easier to navigate for people of all ages and abilities. Accessibility affects everything: getting around, enjoying parks, accessing services, and feeling included. Your lived experience matters.
To apply, you must be:
- A person with a disability, or
- Someone who supports/assists a person with a disability
You don’t need committee experience — just an interest in identifying barriers and improving community access.
