DEVELOPMENT VARIANCE PERMIT APPLICATION - 8111 MCPHAIL RD
This is to notify you that Council will consider issuing a Development Variance Permit to increase the floor area of the existing detached accessory building from 90 m² to 194.1 m² to maintain the entire structure as habitable.
The Opportunity to be Heard will provide the public with an opportunity to comment on the proposed variances.
Under Provincial Bill 44, the District is prohibited from holding a public hearing on this matter.
DEVELOPMENT PERMIT WITH VARIANCE APPLICATION - 1255 MARCHANT RD
This is to notify you that Council will consider an application for 4 dwelling units in the R-N zone. A DEVELOPMENT PERMIT with VARIANCES is required to permit requested variances.
The Opportunity to be Heard will provide the public with an opportunity to comment on the proposed variances.
Under Provincial Bill 44, the District is prohibited from holding a public hearing on this matter.
TEMPORARY USE PERMIT APPLICATION - 789 SAUNDERS LANE
This notice is to advise you that Council will hold an Opportunity to be Heard regarding a Temporary Use Permit (TUP) in accordance with Section 464 of the Local Government Act.
Council will consider the issuance of a Temporary Use Permit (TUP) application to allow travel accommodation within the W-2 zone. The TUP is issued for a period of 3 years, and may be renewed for a further 3 years for a total period of up to 6 years.
HOW TO PROVIDE INPUT
Written enquiries and comments submitted by mail or email received by 12:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting, will be included in the revised meeting agenda. All correspondence submitted will form part of the
public record and may be published on a meeting agenda. Comments may be submitted by the following:- Email comments to planning@csaanich.ca

- Deliver comments to the Municipal Hall, 1903 Mount Newton Cross Road
