DEVELOPMENT PERMIT WITH VARIANCE APPLICATION –
8012 Turgoose Terr
This is to notify you that Council will consider First Reading of a DEVELOPMENT PERMIT with VARIANCE application to permit an up to 4 metre tall retaining wall and pool within the marine shoreline area at 8012 Turgoose Terrace.
A DEVELOPMENT PERMIT APPLICATION with a VARIANCE has been requested to include the following:
⦁ To reduce the natural boundary of the sea wall setback requirement of 10m to 0m for the proposed retaining.
⦁ To reduce the natural boundary of the sea setback requirement of 10m to 7.3m for the proposed pool.
⦁ The Opportunity To Be Heard will provide the public with an opportunity to comment on the proposed variances.
HOW TO PROVIDE INPUT
Written enquiries and comments submitted by mail or email received by 12:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting, will be included in the revised meeting agenda. All correspondence submitted will form part of the
public record and may be published on a meeting agenda. Comments may be submitted by the following:- Email comments to planning@csaanich.ca

- Deliver comments to the Municipal Hall, 1903 Mount Newton Cross Road
