1 - Head to mycentralsaanich.ca and sign in (or sign up for an account, if you don't have one)
2 - Select Register Accounts from the menu and then Utility
3 - Enter your account number and access code (Listed on your bill and also available by calling 250-544-4206).
4 - Check mark the box next to Utility Bill
5 - Go back to Accounts and next to Utility Bill, check "Email" and save
