We’ve recently updated our Council Procedures Bylaw to allow Closed Meetings to begin at 6:00 pm when needed. This helps Council manage its agenda more efficiently while keeping our regular meetings accessible to the public.
March 23 Council Meeting:
- 6:00 pm – Closed Meeting (not open to the public)
- 7:00 pm – Regular Open Meeting
The public portion will begin no earlier than 7:00 pm.
Meetings of Council are open to the public and being conducted in a hybrid in-person and virtual format.
All meetings (unless otherwise noted on the agenda) will held in Council Chambers, Central Saanich Municipal Hall, 1903 Mt Newton Cross Rd, Saanichton, BC V8M 2A9.
