In support of the role the Central Saanich Senior Citizens Association plays in our community, Council intends to extend the group's lease, for less than fair market value, the land and premises located at 1229 Clarke Road, Brentwood Bay, BC, for the rent $1. The Association leases the facility to operate the senior citizens’ centre. The estimated value of the assistance is $474,000, considered the fair market value rental for the three-year term of the lease.
