We are now accepting applications from residents wishing to be involved in local government by sitting as a member of the following Advisory Committees and Commissions.
If you would like to serve your community as a volunteer and learn more about local government, we encourage you to apply.
- Advisory Planning Commission (5 positions) Two-year term
- Agricultural Advisory Commission (2 position) Two-year term
- Saanich Peninsula Wastewater Commission (1 position) One-year term (reporting to CRD Board of Directors)
- Saanich Peninsula Water Commission (1 position) One-year term (reporting to CRD Board of Directors)
HOW TO APPLY
Please fill out the application form (also available at Municipal Hall at 1903 Mount Newton Cross Road) and submit to the Corporate Officer by emailing municipal.hall@csaanich.ca or at Municipal Hall by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, November 2, 2018.
In order to assist Council in making its selections, if you are applying for more than one appointment, please complete a separate application form for each position.
Organizations are also invited to submit the names of representatives.
