Set up pre-authorized withdrawals for future tax years
The property tax pre-authorized withdrawal program allows you to pre-pay your next year’s property taxes.
How it works
A flat amount is automatically withdrawn from your bank account on the 15th of each month from July through May. There is no amount withdrawn in June, as you are required to make your final property tax payment before the tax due date in July of each year.
How to register
To register, fill out the Pre-authorized Payment Plan Agreement application (see Related Documents below) and return it to the Municipal Hall. Once received, it will be effective for the next tax year.
